Troy Jenkin – Proprietor
Troy started working within the nursery industry at the age of 16. Following 10 years with his family business (also in the nursery industry) he then decided to go it alone & start up his own business. He has now been the owner of TJ’S Wholesale Plants for the past 10 years. The business started off quite small with only 1 employee & has since grown from strength to strength with several employees to date. Over the past few years TJ’S Wholesale Plants has become one of the most recognised business’ in its kind on the Mornington Peninsula & also throughout Melbourne. Dealing with Landscapers, Builders & Developers we do large amounts of contract growing & supply housing estates, building developments, primary & secondary schools just to name a few. Troy is very passionate about his work & takes his job very seriously. He likes to know that all of his customers are looked after equally & that each is as important as the next. Kylie Allen – Operations Manager
Kylie initially came from a real estate back ground and moved into the nursery industry quite a few years ago now. With a ‘Glass half full’ approach to her job she is a very valued part of TJ’S Wholesale Plants. She has great customer service & will always follow a job from start to finish to make sure that the customer is 100% satisfied. She is very dedicated to her work & has come to know a lot about the in’s & outs of the nursery industry over the years. Dealing with large contracts on a daily basis, no job is too hard to be sorted! As Kylie deals with builders, developers & landscapers from all over Australia she has built great relationships with all of the people that she deals with. This is another reason TJ’S Wholesale Plants has grown to be such a successful & well known business! You will find when you talk with her that she is truly enthusiastic about her job & always willing to help & advise to the best of her ability.
